Who we are.
Hi, my name is Chris Willick, I am a professional RHI, NCH home inspector and Thermographer. I have been in the construction field most of my life and understand construction techniques very well. I have been inspecting homes for more than 22 years, 10 of which with the Mike Holmes Group as an inspector for his company. I have seen a lot of good and bad houses in that time along with improper renovations and maintenance. My goal is to prevent problems from occurring in your house, saving you time and money. We will negotiate with and manage all contractors. If required, we will vet new contractors and/or deal with existing ones you have trusted over the years. You make one call or text, and we will get the job done. Let us deal with the problems, you enjoy your house.
