Chris Willick at Castle Life, has 22 years of inspection experience, 10 of which was with the Mike Holmes inspection team. We’ll do a full inspection of your home each year, which is included in the price of the yearly fee, $1500-$2000 value. This inspection will give a base line for your house allowing us to see your present and future needs. At this point we will discuss with the homeowner what we feel needs to be done now and what can wait to maximize the life of all systems.
All Fees include a full yearly home inspection to identify maintenance needs, repairs required, and future problems that we can solve now to save you money.

In our many years of doing inspections, I haven’t found any companies out there that manage large luxury houses for clients that want to stay living in their homes. There are management companies for renting out large homes but not for people who want to stay living in their home. Large Luxury homes require a lot of maintenance and repairs not including renovations the client desires. I find that these homeowners are left to their own demise to find and negotiate with contractors for work needed. This is overwhelming for most people, if you don’t know about construction, how do you know what you are negotiating for?
